Yesterday he said it was the best camp ever.  I wanted to make sure before I shared my review, so I asked again today, and he said he had even more fun!   We have been a BMF family for many years with my older kids (and have only great things to say about the music lessons!), but this is our first round of camp with a little one.  He tends to be shy and anxious to try new things, but he said he loved the teachers and he made friends. He has been humming his original song all afternoon, and his only complaint is that eventually we have to go back to school and cannot go back to camp until this summer.  I love the flexibility they offer in scheduling and that they spend time outside.  He is happy and tired at the end of the day...I cannot ask for more than that!

PRICING

$795 for up to 10 kids; each additional guest is $25.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is due when booking the party, and we will charge the $295 balance, plus any charges for additional guests or studio space, the week before the party.
An extra party room (adults only) is available for an additional $150.

Cancellation Policy

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 1 week before the party, the $295 balance will not be charged.
If you cancel less than 1 week before the party, you can reschedule for another date within 30 days

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can we invite?

We can host up to 20 kids at the party, plus the birthday kid's parents and a couple of grandparents or other special adult guests. The first 10 kids are included in the base cost of the party. Each additional child is $25/each.

Can we bring our own goodie bags or add to yours?

Yes!

Should/can the other children's parents stay for the party?

Other parents are welcome to stay, but we request that adult guests be quiet during the party. If you want to invite/mingle/visit with adult guests, you are welcome to rent a separate studio. The cost is an additional $150. (Feel free to bring snacks/drinks for your adult guests.)

What does Brooklyn Music Factory provide?

We provide disposable utensils, plates and cups; juice boxes; and party bags. (Plus all the party games, instruments and fun!)

Anything else we should bring?

The cake!

What's in the goodie bags?

A kazoo, stickers, and temporary tattoos

Is food provided?

BMF does not provide food, but you are welcome to bring your own. (We like Valentino's, and they're right across the street.)

Do you have a refrigerator/freezer?

We have a dorm-size refrigerator, but no freezer.

Can we arrive early to set up?

You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of the party.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, but all decorations must be removed or disposed of at the end of the party—and nothing can be affixed to the walls.

Our Space

We’ve got a beautiful, light-filled space to spread out and party! There’s a mainstage, room to play, and professional lights and sound.

Need an extra room for parents to hang out? We’ve got that too. Just ask. (We will provide a smaller table for any adult food and beverage in this space, but all utensils, napkins, plates, etc. for the adults must be provided by the family.)
